Politics

What you as an individual can do

  • Vote wisely: If you have the privilege to live in a democratic country, being able to vote your political representatives, vote those politicians and parties who see the most important problems and the best opportunities. Who provide efficient and effective solutions, based on hearty effort and intelligence, instead of empty words, empty promises, and clinging too much to the past. Sure, many traditions or other old things like natural treasures are useful and nice, but also new things are often even nicer and, most importantly, sometimes simply necessary (e.g. when a resource becomes scarce, the air too polluted, or the like). Don't vote those with fascist tendencies and a likelihood towards solving problems with brutal force, as they may foster intrastate and interstate conflicts.
